So Very Fond(ant) of You

It’s Sarah’s birthday tomorrow. Guess where?

Lucky girl’s off on a trip with her boyfriend starting tomorrow, though, so today was her work party, and I needn’t tell you who made the cake. More photos beneath the cut.

The cake itself was lemon-ginger filled with vanilla buttercream. Decorations are vanilla fondant. It’s fun drawing with knives, isn’t it?

   ooh lemon ginger - sounds like an excellent pairing with buttercream.
