Statement of Intent
It might not look like I’ve been terribly busy if this blog is anything to go by, but let me assure you, I have been. As far as TSiR is concerned, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the kinds of things I’d like to post here, and the kinds of unique food-related things I can offer to the world-at-large. Because really, what is the point of my saying a lot of things other people have already said, and/or are saying better than I could? Why would anyone want to read this if that’s all I did?
The long, dark, tea-time of the soul is shortly coming to an end here at TSiR. Via disc brakes. Watch this space for the coming reinvigoration—I do think you’ll want to read it.
