Let Sleeping Bunnies Lie
Or bake, at least. This is a ricotta parmesan bunny, emulating a pose Moo adopts on a regular basis. All four of his legs disappear underneath his body and are covered by all his fur, so all you see is this egg-shape…with his head and tail sticking out, of course. It’s ridiculously cute. I enjoy sculpting things with bread, so of course it seemed a natural evolution of an idea. 
And one more, just because I can:
If you’re interested in tasting the oft-boasted-of ricotta parmesan bread, it’s going to be the featured bread-of-the-month for October at Lynfred Winery. Not in bunny form, of course…but I assure you that it’s quite delicious nonetheless (if not, strictly speaking, quite as adorable).
